NOTES: (Species Sound or Soc. Contact: Frequent. Behav. Context: Annoyance. Gen. Climate: Humid. Habitat Type: Dump. Strata: Song perch.) Cut opens with "chuck" note of female; song of male in background. Date on voice label is incorrect. [The first part of this recording highlights 90 examples of the "Chunk" Call of BNA by a female (idntification by Dr. Jean L. Woods, Delaware Mus. Nat. Hist.), but songs by the male are heard in the background. The last part is similar, but with 31 "Chunk" Calls by the female. Only in a few places are songs given in the foreground (5:54-6:38), and in general, these are not overly good. There may be a "cryptic" stop-start at 5:34. Quality (2-1, 2 - the best calls are Quality 2-1, but many/most calls are overloaded) - CAM - 8 September 2005]. Other Behaviors: Perform Visual Display. Habitat: Forest, Coniferous Forest, Creek, Second-growth.
