NOTES: Pair interacting with several Northern flickers in the background doing "wacka" calls. The flickers were very excited and chasing one another around for several minutes. Then the Red-bellied woodpeckers started to "act-up." [I believe these vocalizations represent the "Cha" Groups of BNA given by both members of the pair. Quality changed from "~1-" to 1-2 - CAM - 3 May 2005]. Response to playback: No response. Other Behaviors: Court, Mate. Habitat: Forest, Deciduous Forest.
