Observation details
First seen by Jason Horn who told me of bird when we met on Sprinhouse Road about 1330, fortuitously I again met him in the south parking lot around 1730 where he showed where the bird had been perching and told me it recently flushed but to wait it would return, which it did about 10 minutes later and I was able to take some miserable photographs. Thank you Jason for all the help.
