NOTES: This area contains forest of yew trees, juniper trees, mixed crotons (spelling?), bouglia thicket and wild olive. Probably territorial. The bird slowly came toward the recordist giving the same call. The bird was in grassy tussocks in an open field and was calling at very long intervals. Response to playback: Approach. Response to playback: Normal song. Other Behaviors: Advertise.
