    Equipment Note

NOTES: Songs of a different bird than cut #98RDAT03-15 recorded in same general place where three different birds were singing. This unseen bird was 15-20 m away and 20 m up amid relatively open growth in taller trees along forest edge. Possibly moving a little, but clearly seemed to be varying volume of songs. Partly cloudy, otherwise conditions same [calm, 72¡ F]. Mike attenuators on and using Benchmark MicMan Jr. preamp with Sennheiser ME-64 microphone in 24" Roche parabola. Copied with HPF@180 Hz.
