NOTES: Weather: WIND; L.F. AMBIGUUS. THIS SEQUENCE OF BOUBOUS HAS AN UNUSUAL FLUTE-BOU-FLUTE COMBINATION. THE NEARER BIRD SEEMS TO BE DOING A VERY INTERESTING FLUTE-BOU-FLUTE-FLUTE TO BE ANSWERED BY FLUTE-FLUTE-BOU-FLUTE A RATHER UNSUAL COMBINATION. THE MORE DISTANT BIRD IS DOING THE LOWER G COMBINATION; WHILE THE NEARER BIRD PERFORMS THE HIGHER A7 FLUTE. LASTLY ONE BIRD VOCALIZES ALONE. ACACIA DREPANOLOBIUM, THE WHISTLING THORN, IS PRESENTON ALL THE SLOPES OF THE GORGE. TOWARD THE EAST END OF THE GORGE THERE IS AN ABRUPT DROP OF 60M. THE ONLY WATER TO BE FOUND IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS GULLY. GRASS IS PLENTIFUL ON THE VALLEY FLOOR WHICH IS ALSO POPULATED WITH BUSHES. HIGH CLIFFS ON 3
