NOTES: Breeding status: Territorial
Notes: Several C. brachyptera were observed in the area. Each bird occupied about 1 ha and had several song perches within that area. After singing for several minutes, the bird would fly up to about 40-50m and cruise around with a strange but silent "jinking" flight. Every few minutes it stooped down to within 1m of the ground, pulling up to about 10m at the last second. After the stoop it flew up to resume its cruising.
