[This recording highlights seven examples of the Regularly Repeated Vocalization (RRV) of Smith (1966. Communication and relationships in the genus Tyrannus. Publ. Nuttall Ornith. Cl. 6), which presumably represents the "Dawn Song" of BNA. Additional vocalizations are heard from a second bird in the background. Each RRV, in the second part at least, is preceded by one or two "Tzeeeeerrhhh" Calls (or Compound Vocalizations; CdVs). Quality unchanged (2) - CAM - 22 December 2004]
