NOTES: (Time: 0450-0510. No. of Animals/Sex: adult(s), male(s), female(s). Social Contact: Group(s). Breeding Status: Breeding.) Early morning "cat-call" or jay-like calls with chuckle songs. Flight calls--group interacting together. (Stellavox pops!) One male (I assume!) gave an aeerial display during which it "soared" a little way straight up, flew round in a circle all the while singing then it dropped back into the bush from whicih it had started. (Field annotation included.) It then sang. During aerial displays the wingbeat increased to fast "butterfly fligt"--tail was raised, the head thrown up and forward.
