Then after playback. The bird responded, coming a little closer. Quality: 2. Level: 0.
Then after more playback bird came closer and I could focus right on him. Its first reaction was a bill rattle, then song. Quality: "1". Level: +5.
Then more song preceded by a short rattle; then more song. (Another bird heard giving bill rattles in background. Only the bird attracted by playback gave vocal song. Much of the time it sat there preening, yawning, and scratching (under the wing, not over it). Quality: 1. Level: 0.
