NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 1. Bulk reel: 420. Std.Weather: Fair. Same low "rattling" calls, given naturally by the birds, which I can't see. Quality: 2-3. Level: +10.Then, after playback, the birds apparently came a bit closer and continued same calls but I still couldn't see them. Quality: 2. Level: +5.Then, after playback of the latter part, two birds flew into a tall tree overhead and continued the rattling calls and also gave some vocal "screams" that in part resemble those of an Ara. (In the latter part are heard a few calls of Ramphastos vitellinus.) Quality: 1. Level: 0.Then voice description of bird.Then more recording of only one bird which gives mostly "screams", but a few "rattles." Quality: 1. Level: +5.
