NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 14. Bulk reel: 41112:00 M to 12:35 PM. The bird (adult male) had been singing long phrases (none recorded) but stopped when I went to record it. I whistled some imitation and bird began to sing with short phrases. As I did no further imitation, the bird's phrases gradually became longer. It changed perch many times and I followed after it. Quality: "2" (traffic noise). Level: +3. LN. 203 tape. Recorded from N-4.2 to N-IV.
