NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 2. Bulk reel: 359
203 tape.
Weather: Cloudy, fair. On numerous occasions yesterday and today I heard here songs as in Cut 1) but could never record them. Then I saw this species actually singing the song but didn't have the recording equipment with me. Later I played back the last part of the Cut 1c) and a bird ofo this species flew right up to me and perched, obviously very excited. Continued playing caused many passes by the bird and it started to sing, resulting in the first part of this recording (@7.5 & 15"). Then this was played back and more recorded. Quality: 1. Level: +2 & +5. 7.5 ips. Quality: 1. Level: -2 & 0. 15 ips. Quality: 1-2. Level: -2. 15 ips.
