NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 9. Bulk reel: 276
a) 12 Noc 1965. 8:50 AM. Weather: Clear. Natural song by one bird ("wheat-burr"). At end the mate joins in; it has a higher voice. Quality: 1. Level: 0.
b) The pair after playback. Quality: 1-2. Level: 0.
c) 19 Nov 1965. 7:50 AM. Weather: Cloudy, fair. This is very likely one of the same birds of parts a) & b), singing after the mate was collected. The collected bird was a female (= R.G. #4260); therefore this bird is presumably the male and it seems to be the lower-voiced of a) & b).
