NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 8. Bulk reel: 267.
Weather: Fair, windy. 203 tape.
a) 6:20 AM. Two natural "song phrases," fairly long. Also hear calls of Turdus albicollis and some Pharomachrus fulgidus; Chlorospingus ophthalmicus faint in background ("chipping" song). Quality: 1-2. Level: +3.
b) 6:25 AM. This is very probably still natural song. The separation as part b is made to facilitate reference to Cut 7 of Nothocercus bonapartei. May be good for record. Quality: 1-2. Level: +3.
c) This may be after playback. Quality: 2. Level: +3.
(cf also first part of Cut 8 of N. bonapartei.)
