Identification not 100% sure; birds not seen well enough for identification, which is based on ~ similarity of sound. Nagra IV recorder; EV 650 microphone; 36" parabola. 7.5 ips. 139 tape.
Note: This is a new locality; also I saw a captive of this species which had been taken from a nest in this area.

Note: 17/III/70, ~ 70 km W. of Orope, Zulia, I saw at least 10 pair of this species flying by. In August 1970 I did not notice this species at all in the Rio Catatumbo or Rio Tucuco regions, although in March they were much in evidence.
