NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 91. This is Paul Schwartz cut number 15B; Bulk reel: 220
Nest study. 203 tape.
Series purrs, apparently by male (slightly higher pitched) and others, apparently by female from inside nest. (Also heard, and louder, are calls by Trogon collaris.)
Whistles by female after emerging and while tossing leaves and series purr calls by male (do not confuse with the louder, somewhat similar Trogon collaris).
Then, other vocalizations which are not clear as to origin: perhaps by female impatient for some signal by male, or perhaps by male impatient due to long delay by female before joining him.
Flight by female and subsequent greeting vocalizations.
