a) Weather: Mountain cloudy. 6:25 AM. One "series whistle" (under first voice announcement) and one display. There were two other displays shoftly after but too poorly recorded to save. Quality: 3. Level: +3.
Then calls. (Also hear Otus albogularis.) Quality: 2, 1-2.. Level: +3.
Then calls continue from bird's new position.
One display heard. Quality: 2 (1-2). Level: +3.
~6:35 AM. Then bird's calls continue after playback. With further playback the bird came close and remained silent. Unfortunately I had to leave the recorder and while gone bird gave two displays. Quality: 2. Level: +3.
b) 12 Mar 1970. 6:30 AM. Next day bird started with usual calls. No display noted. However one "sseries whistle" (= upward whine or ascending whistle of P. argyrotis) and so me calls are saved. Quality: 3. Level: +3.
