NOTES: (Range Status: Normal; seasonal intra-African migrant. Gen. Climate: Arid, cyclic wet-dry. Gen. Habitat: Bushed woodland. Cover Density: Open, medium.) This cuckoo (voice very alike to Hoopoe Upupa epops) is an intra-African seasonal migrant with us at Laikipia some years here some not depending on the season. This individual was chased by a Drongo (D. adsimilis) at the end of cut annotation included.
