NOTES: (Breeding Status: Territorial, not breeding. Gen. Climate: Cyclic wet-dry. Cover Density: Open, medium.) Field assistant Dickson Chepus thinks it's a "long-tailed Fiscal." It was collaris! when finally I could see it clearly and heard it sing. (Song is diagnostic even if not seen.)
