These seven Lions were all in a known pride which we followed frequently - they were very familier with our presence and in their natural environment. they had killed a springbok and were feeding off of it and growling, slapping at each other and crushing the bones - since the carcass was relatively small and there were 7 hungry Lions, there was plenty of aggression;
