NOTES: (Gen. Habitat: Cleared farm land.) Master Tape A and first part of 1A.
One of the group of the L. chaplini went back in repeatedly four times and came out to drop out an egg. We picked all the bits and yolks out of the grass. (They were all barbet eggs, not the bright color of the honeyguide yolk per Colbroook Robjent who examined them.) They chased and called at I.minor. There was bill clapping and entrance tapping and some broken duet sequences. The trill calls of I. minor are clearly heard (annotations included).
