NOTES: (RRN: 90-27-08-13; How Identified: sight?, sound?; Confidence in Identification: 40%; Species Sound: infrequent; Breeding Status: territorial paired, breeding; General Climate: cyclic wet-dry; Cover Density: medium; Filtering: yes) ** I could never be sure on the identity of these birds. Many Dusky Flycatchers were nearby but 2 pairs of this flycatcher were in a small meadow's edge, foraging 1-3m from the ground. Their calls were different than the nearby Dusky Flycatchers. One pair has a nest 10M up in the fork of a small maple tree. At times the bird would lean forward rapidly vibrating its wings. the tail sometimes flicked upward, rarely downward in a balancing maneuver in the wind.
