NOTES: (Bkground sounds: Many (most) are marked individuals. No. of Animals/Sex: Juveniles/subadults.) I. variegatus "single white" is a female as we subsequently discovered. 14.12-14.25 hrs - 14.30 - 14.55 hrs. Time checks on field annotated master tape are all included. These animals are coming in to feed at our comb "feeding hive," an old hive not inhabited by bees) into whicih we put comb each day. There is (contrary to previous thinking) a high degree of aggression at hive situations.
"mercrurichrome" = single white variegatus
