NOTES: (Breeding Status: Territorial, territorial paired? Gen. Climate: Cyclic wet-dry. Cover Density: Medium.) Male satin bowerbird displaying at his bower, in response to female which had recently flown into the area and was hopping from low branches into bower and back to branches, while male was displaying and signing. No sounds were heard from the female at this time. The bower was in the middle of a camping area in this national park, under some low shrubbery, but by no means hidden from view. The display of this species is well known, so no description is included here.
