Site: "Elias" is downhill and behind Pension Quetzal, a trip of remnant of second growth forest between pastures and near the cliff edge but above the pond. tree is 15 m tall. 2 emergent, dead at top. three full adult males are present; only one (with extended wattles).

Displays include switching perches, taking lower inside perch. about face in air, and calls in ear of other bird(s).

Bacground includes repetitive ascending croak of R. sulfuratus, occasional distant "BONK" of other Bell bird(s), labeled "other".
