NOTES: Breeding status: TERRITORIAL PAIRED; Weather: WIND; A PAIR OF BALD EAGLES NEAR THE NEST, WHICH WAS IN A 75FT RED PINE, AND CONTAINED ONE YOUNG ABOUT THE SIZE OF A CHICKEN. BOTH BIRDS FLEW AROUND CALLING AND PERCHED IN DISTANT TALL RED PINES AND CALLED WHILE WE WERE NEAR THE NEST TREE. POND AREA OF REFUGE.
