NOTES: Breeding status: Territorial paired
Originally identified by the recordist as Percnostola leucostigma. Reidentified by Isler, Isler, Whitney, and Zimmer as Percnostola [=Schistocichla] humaythae as part of their study on species limits in the Schistocichla complex of Percnostola antbirds (see Isler et al. 2007). The "How Identified" and "Confidence in Identification" values pertain to the recordist's original identification. -Matt Medler, 16 December 2009.
