NOTES: Cover density: OPEN; THIS RECORDING WAS MADE AT THE NOCTURNAL FEEDING GROUNDS OF THE SPECIES. THE FIRST GROUP THAT ARRIVED THIS EVENING DID NOT VOCALIZE, ONLY THE RUSTLE OF WINGS CAN BE HEARD. AFTER THESE BIRDS LANDED A FEW VOCALIZATIONS WERE UTTERED. THEN FLIGHT Sex: 10-50 UNKNOWNAFTER FLIGHT OF BANDS FROM 10 TO 50 FOLLOWED, SOME LANDING IMMEDIATELY, SOME CIRCLING FIRST. USUALLY THE BIRDS VOCALIZED WHILE IN FLIGHT. WHEN NO MORE BIRDS ARRIVED I TURNED THE PARABOLA TOWARDS THE FEEDING BIRDS.
