NOTES: (Behav. Context: Alarm?; General Climate: Wet; Cover Den: Thick)
In total, 4 birds, probably a family, walking like mice on the forest floor, pecking food left and right, coming close up to 1.5m following the forest trail. Two of the four more whitish underneath than the others. Loud piercing calls were given when a whitish bellied bird came close to a greenish bellied bird. Other calls include soft "chip" calls and a more alarming, somewhat louder "chipchipchip" call. Only once seen while flying over a distance of .5m down from a tailwind.
