NOTES: (No. of Animals: Immature(s), adult(s) [number and sex not specified]. Species Sound or Soc. Contact: Frequent. Gen. Climate: Arid. Cover Density: Medium.) Cassette counter 211-315. [These are the "Chick-a-dee" Calls of BNA, with many calls combining A, B, and C notes but others containing exclusively C-notes. Both the data and the quality of these latter calls suggest that they are the begging calls of fledglings. Timing taken from species reel, so zero point is at beginning of recording. This recording appears to have been high-pass filtered at about 3 kHz, which was high enough to have affected the bird calls. Quality changed from 3; 2 to 2-1, 2 (better earlier in the recording and at the end [0:05-0:57 and 3:27-3:49], but with a bit of hiss throughout; some of the loudest calls are overloaded (e.g., 0:13)) - CAM - 1 April 2005]
