NOTES: Weather: WIND; THE COMMON CALL OF THIS SPECIES SOUNDS LIKE 'DICHOSO FUI' IN SPANISH AND GIVES IT ITS LOCAL NAME. LESS WELL KNOWN IS THE SQUEAKY CHATTER WHICH I PRESUME IS THE SONG. PLAYBACK OF THIS SONG PRODUCES AND IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. WHEN ONE BIRD GIVES THE SONG THE OTHER OF A PAIR RESPONDS WITH THE 'DICHOSO FUI' CALL OR THE LAST NOTE OF THE CALL DRAWN OUT AND SLURRED. THE VOCALIZATIONS OF A PAIR ARE HEARD IN THIS RECORDING.IN THE BACKGROUND CAN BE HEARD THE SONG OF ANOTHER BIRD SOME 150M DISTANT. 2 ADULT(S); MALE; FEMALE?
