T810. Dawn chorus at Mapungubwe National Park on the banks of the Limpopo River in South Africa on 15/4/11. at 05h45. A White-browed Robin-Chat starts the recording with a Kurrichane Thrush at 0.14. Red-eyed Doves call in the background. 0.33 Natal Spurfowl in back. At 0.45 a second Robin-Chat sings in competition.  1.07 Red-eyed Doves and they call louder at 1.26. 1.42 Natal Spurfowl. 2.07 Kurrichane Thrush then Spurfowl followed by Robin-Chat. 2.43 Cape Turtle Doves in back. 3.37 Turtle Dove chorus. 4.08 Red-eyed Dove with Spurfowl in back. Then Dove chorus. 4.55 Spurfowl a few metres from microphone. Again at 5.52 and 6.09. 6.13 Red-billed Hornbills. 6.41 Spurfowl with hornbills in back. 7.23 Hornbills and Spurfowl. 8.12 Spurfowl and hornbills. 10.11 Grey-headed Sparrows in background. 10.45 Spurfowl.11.55 Red-eyed Dove. 14.14 Egyptian Goose. 16.00 Southern Grey Headed Sparrows. 16.24 Meves¿s Starling. 17.00 Spurfowl then Red-eyed Doves and Starling.
