NOTES: WHILE ONLY ONE BIRD WAS VISIBLE, FROM PLAYBACK I SUSPECT A SECOND BLUE WREN WAS SINGING OUT OF SIGHT, A LITTLE FURTHER OFF. AT LEAST THE FIRST FEW SECONDS OF THIS RECORDING SOUND AS THOUGH TWO INDIVIDUALS WERERESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST TWO SONGS. LOW BUSHES NEAR A DRY STREAM WITH WEEDY FIELD AND SEMI-OPEN EUCALYPTUS WOODS VERY CLOSE BY. WHILE VOCALIZING THE BODY SEEMED TO VIBRATE EQUALLY, THE LONG TAIL COCKED UP AT AN ANGLE AS THE SINGER SAT MOMENTARILY IN LOW VEGETATION. RECORDED IN LATEAFTERNOON.
