NOTES: THE BIRD (OR POSSIBLY TWO BIRDS) WAS IN A THICKET ON THE HILLSIDE ABOVE THE RIVERCOMBE'PIGGERIES'. THE VOCALIZATIONS OF THE EMINIA ARE QUITE CONFUSING. FREQUENTLY ONE OF A PAIR WILL START WITH THE TWO LOW PHRASES WHICH MYLES REFERS TO AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CUT. POSSIBLY THIS IS A CONTACT CALLBETWEEN THE TWO. IT IS NEARLY ALWAYS ANSWERED BY THE OTHER. IN ALL PROBABILITY THERE WERE 2 BIRDS PRESENT. WITH CAREFUL LISTENING THERE IS ONE POINT AT WHICH TWO BIRDS CAN BE HEARD TOGETHER. THEAREA IS UNDER EXTENSIVE CULTIVATION BOTH AS FARMLAND AND AS 'FORESTORY' I.E. A MONO-SPECIFIC STAND OF SOFTWOOD TIMBER. 2? ADULT(S)
