NOTES: Background: CAMAROPTERA BRACHYURA ('WEET' CALL); T.R. HEUGLINI. J.F.M. HORNE HAS CLASSIFIED THIS BIRD AS RACE HEUGLINI, BUT IT MUST BE CLOSE TO THE WESTERN LIMIT OF THIS RACE.THE RECORDISTOBSERVED MANY RUFOUS CHATTERERS (IN BROWN PLUMAGE) WITHVERY LONG TAILAND GREY-WHITE EYE AT THIS LOCATION. SONG IS VERY SOFT, RATHER FAST, CHATTER OF MEDIUM HIGH PITCH, LIKE A SOFTER VERSION OF A TREE FROG CHORUS. J. BLENCOWE STATED THAT THE BIRDS CHATTERED CONSTANTLY - TO KEEP IN TOUCH? CHATTER LOUDER WHEN THE BIRDS FLY OFF IN THEIR PARTIES - A PARTY BEING SAY 8 BIRDS. BIRDS WERE FEEDING MOSTLY ON THE GROUND BELOW OR NEAR ACACIA PATCHES. RATHER SHY; NOT VERY. OPEN VALLEY WITH ACACIA/SAVANNAH TYPE HABITAT.
