NOTES: The bird is calling and singing from a tree abut 110 ft away. The vocs are the "pretty bird" call followed by a raspy call. This repeated for the first half of the recording. The second half is a series of sub song murmurs. The bird sat still during the recording... The vegetation was typical high desert with Creosote, Mesquite, Joshua trees near a small 60 foot wide earthen dam containing water. There was a great deal of road noise form the nearby HY 93.
