NOTES: A pair well seen 25-30 meters away and 1/2 to 1 1/2 meters over the water in dense scrubby bushes and fallen wood along the shore of the upper arm of the new reservoir; typically one bird would fly and the other would join it and they would duet and display (bobbing up-and-down waving their wings) when they joined each other; they were moving quite a lot; high clouds, trace breeze, mid-80s.
