NOTES: A pair of birds that I saw well in association with the same mixed-species flock that was highlighted in the previous cuts (#2001-17-11 through #2001-18-05), but both birds were 15 meters up overhead foraging in the mid- to upper levels inside the canopy of the taller trees along the stream and over the road about half way between the small clearing and the sharp bend at the base of the hill; in response to playback, these birds gave the same calls more frequently, they gave more chip calls, and they approached but they were in constant motion and usually directly overhead and thus difficult to see well; partly cloudy, intermittent breeze, low 80s.
