NOTES: An apparent family group with one adult male and what appeared to be two juveniles (with reddish cheeks and bluish crowns but a generally mottled appearance) moving almost constantly as they foraged 15-18 meters away and 12 meters up in the open crown of a tree with small green fruits or flower buds right along the edge of the small clearing at the base of the hill; also present here were Euphonia violacea, Hemithraupis flavicollis, and possibly a Dacnis; partly cloudy but quite hazy, intermittently breezy, 76-78¡ F.
