NOTES: Initially natural song by an unseen bird that was 15-18 meters away, later after playback the bird was 10-12 meters away, and 6-8 meters up in the mid-levels of low-stature forest on the plateau with 12-20 meter-tall trees with mid-levels quite open, at least in places; I eventually saw the bird relatively well and described it briefly on tape; in response to playback, the bird came in calling, and occasionally gave twitters; partly cloudy, breezy, 81¡ F.
