NOTES: This bird was 10-12 meters away and 8-10 meters up in some vine tangles on the scrubby edge of terra firme forest about 200 meters beyond the first stream crossing along the right fork of the second spur (ramal) road in the INCRA project; I saw this bird only as it was moving but it was seen better and its identification confirmed by Mario Cohn-Haft [it rained all day on 17 December, seemingly with a front going through, but now mostly clear with high thin clouds and some light fog in treetops, calm, 76-77¡ F].
