NOTES: Same bird as that highlighted in cut #2000-39-14, now unseen but 20-25 meters away and 18-20 meters up in selectively logged terra firme forest along a trail near the edge of a clearing; this was recorded following playback of a prerecorded tape and later of itself, in response to which the bird approached rapidly and first gave a similar song (the Òwee-deeeeeeÓ), but it later gave a faster trill that lacked the introductory note; by this time, the bird was back to giving the initial song-type; recorded in the INCRA project, about 2 kilometers out the right fork of the second spur (ramal) road; partly cloudy, a slight breeze, possibly as warm as 87¡ F; continued from cut #2000-39-14 on previous reel.
