NOTES: The calling bird was unseen at the time but about 30 meters away and 20-25 meters up in a large tree at the edge of tall terra firme forest along the spur road about 100 meters beyond the large Parkia tree (the tree adjacent to the one used by the Hylophilus thoracicus in the previous recording - cut #2000-31-04); a bird had been singing in the tree before I recorded this; although I only saw a bird in flight when I recorded this, I later saw two female-plumaged birds in this tree (possibly a family group?); weather conditions same [clouding up, 88¡ F] but now with a slight breeze.
