NOTES: This recording highlights the same individual that was in cut #00RDAT02-15 after additional playback, in response to which two birds approached and moved all around us during which they were well seen; though often silent after playback, they eventually began vocalizing, at times giving these and other vocalizations (only the Òche-rupÓ was heard before playback); bird was initially 12 meters up almost directly overhead, later 15-18 meters away and 5-8 meters up, and in the middle and upper branches of Cecropia trees; it sometimes gave a more complex vocalization suggested by Mario Cohn-Haft to represent full song; this was recorded following playback of itself by Mario Cohn-Haft, but to my knowledge there was no additional playback between parts of this recording, but the bird became much more vocal; getting breezy and warming up [mostly clear but with some high thin clouds]; in part this was recorded simultaneously with Mario Cohn-Haft.
