NOTES: I missed only the first song (given at 5:25:15) before getting onto the bird at 5:25:27; unseen bird was 35-40 meters away and 25 meters up in the same tall tree it used the previous three days on the south side of road just beyond the second dip; the bird gave long calls at 5:41:50 and 5:44:09, and a short call at 5:54:04, and a long call by a second bird at 5:54:49; sun not yet up; fog clearing overhead and to the west but high clouds from the east, calm, 80¡ F.

ML: Subject changed from recordist's original identification of Xiphorhynchus guttatus guttatoides to Xiphorhynchus guttatus guttatoides/dorbignyanus to conform to eBird Taxonomy (v. 1.55). -Jay McGowan/Matt Medler, July 2015.
