NOTES: Two birds seen moderately well initially about 8 meters up, but later 20-25 meters up for most of the recording; the birds, which were at least loosely associated with a mixed-species flock, were in constant motion as they crept up and down the trunks; recorded following a whistled imitation, in response to which, one of the birds flew right in up over my head; I whistled to the birds twice before the first part of the recording but quite a bit prior to the later parts in an effort to get the birds to approach again; this was recorded in the zona de preserva¿¿o farther out the road than I had walked to this point; due to the very loud environment, I had a difficult time getting onto the birds; 3/4 moon was about 50¡ up in western sky; partly cloudy, calm, 78¡ F.
