NOTES: This recording began at 5:45:44, after I missed the birdÕs first song; the bird was initially about 75 meters back in on south side of the road, later about 50 meters away in good terra firme forest at intersection of spur road, before crossing the road a short way into the recording to a tree about 75 meters back from the road; a second bird is heard giving long calls in the background; high thin clouds, calm, 75¡ F; continues on next reel as cut #2000-07-01.

ML: Subject changed from recordist's original identification of Xiphorhynchus guttatus guttatoides to Xiphorhynchus guttatus guttatoides/dorbignyanus to conform to eBird Taxonomy (v. 1.55). -Jay McGowan/Matt Medler, July 2015.
