    Equipment Note

NOTES: Bird was well seen perched about 15-18 meters away and 3/4 of the way up a tall, leafless tree; this bird was lingering amid a flock of 150-200 Cedar Waxwings (two weeks earlier there was a large flock of Bohemian Waxwings here but this appeared to be the only one remaining) in the center of town; high thin clouds but hazy, calm, low 40s; filter in HP-2 position to reduce city noise.
