    Equipment Note

NOTES: Bird was moving constantly at distances from 15 m to about 30 m away and from eye-level to about 20 m up; it seemed to remain in the oaks, going into the pines only rarely, if at all; seen well before recorded but only as a small red bird while I recorded this; this was recorded off a second track that was somewhat farther up the Ocosingo Road [16¡ 39Õ 50Ó N, 92¡ 32Õ 42Ó W, 2475 m [based on GPS]]; note that these coordinates were taken right where I recorded this bird, not at the beginning of the track; clear, calm, 58¡ F.
